The Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc. is a non-partisan, non-political organization. We do not support any political candidate, nor do we endorse any religious organization. The military represents all aspects of America as does our organization.

Did you know that Blue Star Mothers of America was founded in 1942 during World War II? What began as a small group of mothers coming together to support one another during a time of uncertainty quickly grew into a national organization built on strength, service, and shared understanding.
These mothers turned their worry into action—supporting their children serving overseas, helping fellow military families, and giving back to their communities in meaningful ways. Over the decades, that same spirit continues. Today, Blue Star Mothers of America remains dedicated to supporting our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families—while also providing a strong network of support for military mothers.
